Peaches are delicious.

They are a fantastic summer fruit, high in vitamins A, C, E, K, B. They are an excellent source of antioxidants (which help to prevent free radical damage in our bodies) and are high in minerals potassium, iron,  and zinc.

Peach crumble

4 cups of fresh peaches (cut into wedges)

1 tbsp. maple syrup

Sprouted buckwheat granola (or any of your favourite granola)

2 tbsp. of Honey

1 tbsp coconut oil



Place all of the peaches into a bowl.

Pour the maple syrup over the peaches and mix well.

Transfer the peach mixture into a baking pie dish.

In a separate bowl, mix the granola with the honey and coconut oil.  Once mixed you use this as the topping to be placed  the on

top of the peaches in the baking dish.

Bake the peach crumble in the oven at 375 degrees for approximately 55 minutes.
