Serves 1


  • 1 cup of almond milk, (or milk)
  • 1 cup of pineapple, chopped into large pieces to fit into the blender
  • ½ of a banana
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup of kale



Place the almond milk in the blender. All of the remaining ingredients, blend on high until smooth. (TIP: if too thick add water) ENJOY.
