1 whole roasted red pepper (I roasted the peppers a day prior to using in recipe)
2 cups of artichokes
1 cup of cream cheese
1 clove of garlic
pinch of sea salt
pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor.
Place the blended ingredients into a oven
proof bowl and bake for approximately 35 minutes.
Enjoy with my tortilla cracker !!
