The use of this Site by users (the “Users”) and the membership program(s), products and services offered and accessed hereunder are subject to the following terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions as set out below, please refrain from using this Site.

The Site contains original material and content that is copyright protected. It cannot be distributed, reproduced, disseminated or copied without the express written consent of the owner of the Site. Each subscription is to be used by one household only and cannot be emailed, copied, shared, transferred, distributed to any other third party whatsoever. The Site reserves the right to cancel any User’s membership for sharing, copying or distributing any meal plans offered or purchased through this Site to any other third party. Any violation of the terms and provisions noted herein will result in the User’s account and login information will be AUTOMATICALLY locked and you will not be entitled to a refund. 


If a User has subscribed to a Monthly subscription, such User will have access to and receive four (4) meal plans for a one-month period. A User’s monthly subscription will be AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED on a monthly basis and the User will receive four (4) additional meal plans every month up to a maximum of 12 months (or 52 weeks) unless the User cancels the monthly subscription before the User’s next billing date.


If a User has subscribed to a 12 Month (52 week) subscription, the 12-month subscription fee will be payable in full upon subscription, and each of the 52 meals plans will be emailed on a weekly basis for 52 consecutive weeks.

Our meal plans are sold separately and Users are not permitted to switch or mix and match between types of meal plans. Each User is welcome to add on a second or third meal plan at any time by subscribing to such subscription.

Meal plans are distributed and emailed year round, 52 weeks of the year, without interruption regardless of any statutory holidays.

Cancellations: our website is completely automated. You must email support@weeklyhealthymeals.com to cancel your membership and/or answer any questions or concerns you may have. We offer refunds for the first 14 days of your membership. Please note that there will be no refunds for late cancellations.

The Site is not responsible for any allergic reaction to any of the meals suggested in our meal plans. Please note, that our meals plans are suggestions and substitutions can be made according to individual dietary requirements and desires.
