Ingredients

–          Organic frozen corn (500 grams) thawed
–          1 organic yellow pepper
–          4 green onions (scallion)
–          1 cup of organic cauliflower
–          Juice of one lime
–          ½ tsp. of cumin
–          2 cloves of garlic
–          ½ tsp. of Oregano
–          Basil – 2-3 leaves
–          1 tbsp. of olive oil
–          ½ cup ground flaxseeds
–          Salt and pepper to taste

Blend all of the ingredients in a high powered blender. I use the Vitamix.

Tortilla sheetOnce blended, spread mixture onto paraflexx sheet (FYI: enough mixture to cover two trays). Dehydrate for 12 hours or until the cracker has reached the crispiness that you like!
